I’m Mich – just a small town girl with a very common name, born and raised on the little red dot called Singapore (not located at the blank space in the map above), who dreams of traveling the world.

Traveling has given me some of my best memories, and even the worst experiences have taught me life-long lessons. The prospect of exploring the streets of another city or finally being able to see an age-old castle or mountain with my own eyes never fails to excite and inspire me. I love that intoxicating feeling of freedom and that burning curiosity to see, hear, and learn more of the myriad of cultures and peoples of this world that courses through my veins when I get to go off and explore on my own. There’s just so much to see and do and discover in this vast, amazing world, and so little time.

I hope that these pages will, in turn, inspire others to travel more to different places – touristy and off-the-beaten-path alike – and to always cherish that warm, magical feeling of discovering and learning something new that traveling always brings. A thousand adventures await, so a girl must wander.
